We are a small boutique DJ Entertainment company seeking a part-time Office Assistant who can grow into a full-time office assistant as our company expands.

Are you ready to be the backbone and help take our the next level? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our DJ entertainment company as our newest team member!

What You'll Do:  

🎶 Properly delegate and follow-up on tasks ensure smooth operations.  

📝 Assist with system procedures - because even DJs need a manual to remember how to press play  

🤝 Assist team members to perform all events successfully because teamwork makes the dream work!  

🔊 Manage all equipment organization to ensure our events flowing seamlessly.  

🎉 Prepare, plan, and organize for all upcoming events to ensure every Soirée is a hit.  

🎵 Assist with music preparation and organization - it’s like planning the ultimate mixtape!  

📸 Assist with photo booth preparation prior to events, because who doesn’t love a good selfie or boomerang!  

🧹 Clean the office on a weekly basis to keep our workspace as fresh as our mixes.  

🔍 Seek opportunities to assist the team, because we're all about that collaborative vibe.  

📱 Create social media content to keep our followers engaged - because if it’s not on Instagram, did it even happen?

What You Bring:  

🎧 Passion for music and entertainment - and maybe a few embarrassing dance moves!  

🎉 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - because even the smallest details can make or break a killer party.
